How to reset your password
Please be advised that your Email Address used for your Hayward Omni Account is also your Username
that is used to login to your account for the mobile app.
Follow the steps below starting at the Omni app on your phone.
Step 1: Press "Forgot your Password?"
Step 2: Enter your Email address, then press "Send Reset Password Code".
Please be advised that the reset code expires in 30 minutes.
Step 3: Check your email for the reset code from account@haywardomnilogic.com
Step 4: Enter your Reset Code and new password, then press "Reset Password & Login"
What to do if you do not receive a Password Reset Code
What you will need to reset your password is your account email address or the MSPID of
the Omni controller associated with your account.
Follow the steps below at the Omni control panel to find and record your Omni Controller
MSPID.
Step 1: Use the right arrow to find the "icon", then press it.
Step 2: Press "system info".
Step 3: Record the number displayed to the right of "msp id:"
Step 4: Send an email to customersupport@hayward.com with your MSP ID number, your Username and a request to change your password.
