How to Recover My Username
Please be advised that your Email Address used for your Hayward Omni Account is also your Username that is used to login to your account for the mobile app. Future release of the mobile app will allow the user to recover their account.
In the meantime, what you will need to recover your Username is the MSPID of the Omni controller associated with your account.
Follow the steps below at the Omni control panel to find and record your Omni Controller MSPID.
Step 1: Use the right arrow to find the "config" icon, then press it.
Step 2: Press “system info”.
Step 3: Record the number displayed to the right of “msp id:”
Step 4: Send an email to customerappsupport@hayward.com In the body of the email state your request to recover the login credentials.
State the MSP ID number you recorded in step 3 and your home address.
